Typically our teams practice twice a week. This schedule includes skills on Saturday morning and a team practice on a weeknight.

Teams will play 10 – 12 league games in the Fall Season which lasts from the beginning of September to the middle of December. League games are played on weeknights at the Mike Rose soccer complex located on Forest Hill Irene and the Bill Morris Parkway ( Highway 386 ).

During the summer, we will have training programs to allow players to keep enjoying the game while improving their skills.
